Started as a symbol of excess by a man who wished to be king, Mauville Fortress began with tons of promise. It had strong leadership, control of every surrounding route, and massive wealth in its coffers. However, the makers of the fortress had overexerted themselves. The money was drained by many luxurious expenses, the fortress' casinos were emptied in a panicked flight, and eventually Mauville fell into complete decay. Many factions have tried to reuse this cursed ground only to fall into similar issues: who will be the first to bring Mauville back to glory?
