New skin~

I have a feeling PRE'S era is already long gone, but I can't help but come back to look at it fondly, and I'm rather sure that there are members coming back for either memories, profiles or just both. I had a skin in making though it never made it, but it is completed enough that it can be made as my final gift to PRE.

I hope this, at least, is a fitting gift for a site that was great once upon a time. Thank you guys, for everything, and I hope this skin is easier for your eyes.

Edit :: Interestingly enough, we are having an impromptu coversation chat in here and any old members or even new ones are invited to join in, if only for a nice chat.

As part of the ceasefire between Lux and Nox, West Johto was given many plots of land in the Whirl Islands to house any Nox immigrants from East Johto. Small settlements have been erected over the course of the ceasefire, little more than simple towns. Of course, such a gift is not without its drawbacks: the islands are easily surrounded and hard to defend, making dividing West Johto easy for a Lux invasion.
