Rustboro was one of Lux's strongholds and finest technological centers, becoming even more important than the nominal capital of Ever Grande. Then, to the shock of many, the metropolis fell to a single series of riots. Not only has its fall demoralized Lux greatly, but it also deprived them of important supplies such as Pokéballs and weapons. The long occupation of the city, however, has caused some resentment. The city still is not firmly in Nox's hands.
