Ⓛ TOHJO FALLS

As a passage between Kanto and Johto, Lux has stationed top-notch security within the caverns of Tohjo Falls. It has been transformed into a military base responsible for training recruits of the Lux army. With such tight security, identification papers must be presented in order to pass through the area. Security guards are rotated to ensure that a fresh sentry is posted at the entrances at all times. However, the daunting waterfall usually completes the job of turning away the occasional trespasser who slips into the falls unnoticed.
