Okay, first of all, Happy New Year everyone! Merry belated Christmas, too, for those who missed my greeting in the cbox. 

Now straight to business. It has come to my attention that the new collection of skins, while definitely giving PRE its first V5 skin, it also hurts people's eyes (in exception to the light skin, but that one is ugly, in my opinion). From the staff side, there is a massive problem of everyone else not understanding the codes I have tweaked, and it limits updates that the staff could do. 

For all the reasons above, I sincerely apologize. From color coordination to code problems it is mostly of my doing, after all. So I'm trying to amend this in the way I can, by remaking another skin. 

Here is where you guys come in. Are you guys willing to change? The plan was to take down the three skins for now and replace it with one, while I tweak the old three to be more friendly to everyone else. Please vote, or if you have an opinion (which I greatly appreciate) please post. 

This time, before we change, allow me to show you how the new skin will look like. You are welcomed to point out mistakes, or things you don't like, or perhaps a minor visual issue, or anything else. I want the skin to be comfortable for everyone, after all.

At the time of writing, the mini profile is under maintenance. I'll add a few more things to it, but I plan on keeping the skin extremely light, less tweaked than the current ones. This is for both speed, accessibility and to reduce the chances of me breaking any of proboards default codes.

I like the current skins and the new one (though the scarlet chess current skin does hurt my eyes if I use it for too long), and I really like the mini profiles on the new one --the round avatars look cool and the links would certainly make it easier to find those pages. The difference in font size between text and links makes the drop-down navigation a little weird because the boxes change size when the cursor moves.

I also checked the link on my phone -- I like the mobile version of the skin, and the larger category and forum links makes it a lot easier to navigate the desktop view on a phone or tablet than default ProBoards. I also really like the addition of collapsible categories, especially with how many forums we have.

As far as the current skins go, I really like the chess theme and I like the colors, the only issue I've ever really had is large-scale white on black hurting my eyes on bright monitors. I certainly like the idea of them being tweaked and put back up after seeing the changes so far on the new skin.

I like our current skins but the new one is definitely a little nicer on the eyes. I actually really love the new one - I think its the colors? but it's really clean and pretty. 100% me gusta. But tweaking the old ones would be great too because I liked those as well!
