[/style]You know you've lived on an island all your life when the thought of the mainland makes you cringe. Fortunately, the Normandy wasn't anywhere close to the main land called Kanto. Rather, the trusted first mate of the ship was passed out in the Crow's Nest, his legs hanging off the edge as his head leaned against the opposite side. It was hard to see such a tall man in a position, but on many occasions, Sinbad had passed out cold up above the ship. A bottle rolled around as the boat rocked, empty as usual after the man had gotten a hold of it. Shifting slightly, the bottle was finally pushed out of the Crow's Nest, falling to the ground, which made the First Mate jolt upright, his hair draped over one of his eyes as he glanced over the edge of the nest, eyes looking at the shattered remains of the bottle. " Aw, fuck. " He grumbled, swinging down from the perch and climbing down the ropes to land beside the pile of shards. " There was still a bit of rum left. What a shame " Sinbad muttered, kicking the pieces into a pile before heading down below decks to grab something to clean it up.
" 'Ey, Amelia. Where's Silver at? He tossed the dust pan somewhere " He asked the Liepard, who had curled up on his bunk. Her head lifted to look at her trainer, yawning and showing sharp teeth. Sitting up, she angled her head towards another bunk, the Manectric laying on his back, body stretched out, ears twitching as his head lolled over the edge of the bunk. Sinbad rolled his blue eyes, before taking the few steps forwards and flicking the canine's nose. He came awake immediately, grumbling under his breath as his eyes narrowed down dangerously at his trainer. " Oh, no. Don't you give me those eyes. Where'd the damn dust pan go to? " He asked, his voice a growl that matched his pokemon. With slow movements, mostly to bother the man, he lifted his body up, making his way the barrels, grabbing the pan in his teeth and tossing it towards the pirate, before making his way top-side.
Rolling his eyes at the Manectric's dramatics, the man moved back up, followed by his Liepard, and managed to clean up the mess. His eyes lifted towards his two pokemon, the canine closer to the side of the ship, the temptation to push him over-board coursed through him, before he tossed the shards down under. " There. " He muttered, turning back as Amelia trotted towards him, patting her gently on the head as he glanced around the ship. Now, where the hell was Avery? . [/style]
