Nothing had changed, of course. Everything looked the same. Same small neighborhood, same people. It never changed, and that was good for him, and for the person he was visiting. Kirsi didn't know he was coming, nor did their parents, which was just as well with him. He didn't really want to see them, considering their last meeting hadn't gone over so well. But, alas, he needed to return to Pallet to see his beloved sister. A soft smile spread over his features, hand brushing at the scarring on his eye. She would never have to see him like that, at least. The only plus-side to his sister's blindness. A slow breath escaped him, a few natives of the town he grew up in greeting him as he walked by. " Off to see Kirsikka, Rune? " An older lady asked, and with his grin as his reply, he continued on, moving between the houses. Gebo trotted behind, eyes moving around slowly. As Rune stopped short, the Umbreon nearly ended up in a very uncomfortable spot, making his trainer tumble over him. A grunt escaped the man, making him shake his head as Gebo moved out from under his legs, narrowing his eyes at the man.
A sheepish grin came over his features, before he pointed towards the house. " We can't go directly there, bud. Mum and Dad are out and about. This was suppose to be an enjoyable visit " He murmured to the Umbreon, who shook his head and rolled his eyes. Jumping back to his feet, Rune adjusted the sword that was strapped to his hip, obvious to most, though many in this town knew that Rune had dabbled with swords while he was younger. His hand rested on the hilt, eyes moving around, slightly blurred on his right side, though still worked. A puff of air escaped his lips before he moved forwards, slinking between the houses until he came upon his own childhood home, his parents just taking off for an evening walk. Perfect. From this view, he could see his sister, seated outside on house, her espeon there as well. Before he could stop Gebo, the Umbreon was off, tackling the other eevee-lution. " Gah, Gebo! You lousy beast " Rune grumbled, revealing him and walking over to tug the Umbreon off his sister's pokemon.
" Surprise, Kirsi. " He said lightly, leaning down to kiss her forehead. If anyone on the Moirae saw him, he would more then likely be mocked. But no one ever saw this side of Rune. This was a side saved for his little sister.
