Earlier that morning three people – pokémon trainers – had been found in the Den and were there without permission. Worse yet, they weren’t Dragon Tamers. Bile had risen up in Clair’s throat at the thought of the dragons being disturbed for somebody so insignificant, and she’d set the City Police after them instantly. Apparently it had taken longer than she’d hoped to arrest them. Most likely they put up a fight. Her gloved hand twitched over the whip she carried on her waist. The picture in her mind of someone being struck across the face with it was ideal. It just might happen. Then figures being marched came into her field of vision. Finally. Clair straightened, rolling her shoulders forward so that her cape fell closed in front of her. Her eyes narrowed with disgust as the trespassers halted in front of her, guards on either side. Before she opened her mouth, her guards jumped to the cue, commanding the apparent ‘leader’ of the trio to explain their motives. He was barely two sentences in before he gave her cheek. Instantly, Clair’s hand lashed out from beneath the cape and struck him hard against his cheek and ear, forcing his head downward long enough for her to punch the back of his head. He caught himself on his knees, but assumed he was seeing stars. ”You will never talk to me like that again, filth!” she snapped, practically spitting on him in the process, ”I hope you enjoy rocks and metal because that’s the only thing you’ll see until I feel like giving you a change of scenery! The same goes for you two!” She looked at her guards, and they needed no command from her to shove the other three away. The blue-haired woman sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose, eyes closed. She would have to see if the dragons were disturbed.
