Roark felt that meeting the young lady was a good thing. Though she seemed to be calming down, he wondered why she had been so nervous when she found out his name. It's not like he was famous for anything besides rocks. She really seemed to enjoy them, Jian did, but other than that, he didn't see why she'd be very excited. Far be it from him though to squash her happiness about anything, let alone meeting a certain person and a living fossil (Aerodactyl).
When she questioned the typing of the soon-to-be-alive fossil Pokemon, he nodded. "Yes, that's its typing. I think we still have a living one in the museum." He then scratched his head. "Or maybe I'm thinking of a Kabutops." Roark shrugged, dismissing the idea. "Before you revive yours, would you like to see it? Or would you rather go ahead and bring the fossil back first?" he asked her, actually caring about what she wished to do. He hadn't ever really interacted with a younger person for longer than it took to battle and present a badge.
Roark watched with mild curiosity when the Blissey made her way around the nurse's table. He would have never dreamed of training anything in the Blissey line, and had never really hurt himself bad enough to have to go to a hospital and get treated by one, but even so. It was interesting, seeing the Blissey work. They seemed to actually be quite sweet creatures, he noted mentally, and he thought that he might try to get one someday. It'd he handy for healing his Pokemon if he were out traveling somewhere.
After Jian was all ready to go, Roark glanced at her. "Okay then, let's head on over to the museum!" He led the young lady over into the rather large building. "You know, not everybody gets to come in and see a fossil being revived, but of course, you are an exception." This wasn't entirely untrue. Whenever someone brought in a fossil, usually they just donated it, or they simply wanted the Pokemon. They didn't care if they saw it come to life or not. It was a shame, really. Leading Jian into a large room inside the building, he smiled. Looking about, one could see large 'tanks' that contained some fossil 'mons. There was a little Shieldon in one of the containers, an Omanyte, and even a young Aerodactyl. Roark spoke briefly with one of the scientists and they nodded. He turned around and spoke to Jian. "Ready to bring that fossil back to life?"
