These people were weird, and that was saying something, considering just who in the world she was. She was, pretty much, the most hyperactive girl you could possibly meet. In fact, she was rushing towards the area the Olympics were to take place in right at that very moment. Why? Because she wanted to find a good seat. Yes, she wanted to find a good seat far too early in advance, so what? She was kind of an odd girl, and she didn't want to be stuck with some lame-o seat way, way far in the back of the stadium. That would just be no fun at all.
Of course, she sometimes got distracted...and in this case, she got distracted by hair. Yes, hair. GREEN HAIR, of all things. Now who in the world could not get distracted by that? Sure, she should be used to odd hair colors. Heck, just look at Alyssa; she had white hair, and that wasn't exactly normal. But green hair was even odder, and Luna couldn't help but just stare at the green-haired man. Of course, she sympathized with him a bit, but she was also somewhat distracted by other things going on.
Those other things were Volkner and the odd figure next to him, clad all in black. What an odd thing to wear, especially on a day like this. Wasn't she (he?) hot? Luna decided to just stare at them for a little while, before shifting her gaze to the more interesting event. That event being the little boy groping Dahlia...who really was dressed like a tramp. But Luna was not going to say that, because it was completely and utterly rude! Nope, instead she walked over to them. "You two are weird. I think it's illegal to do that in public," she (helpfully) informed them with a smile on her face, before she walked off towards N, humming to herself. To her, it was perfectly normal to give such incredible advice, but they might not appreciate it too much.
As she approached N, she couldn't help but see a tail on one of the people next to him. Or was it a tail? It was difficult to see, since she was approaching from the front, but she thought she could see one...oh well, better not to mention it. If she was wrong, she did not want to be the weirdo. And if she was right, she didn't want to know. She did NOT need to see people with tails walking around.
"Hello!" she cried out energetically to the green-haired man, a grin on her face as she surveyed the other two before returning her gaze to him. She had heard of him. N...he had caused trouble for Unova, or so she had heard. She had been out of the region when he had been, either doing her training still or hired in other regions, but she hadn't been too pleased upon hearing what he had done.
Still, he seemed like a nice enough fellow. "Like someone already asked, how do ya plan on doin' this? Y'see, I'm interested, buuuuut...it's stupid to just go around ranting about how pokemon need to be saved with no real plan for how to do it. And besides, what about people, huh? Do you got a beef against 'em or something?" Luna said to him, trying to NOT be in his face, like she usually was. She couldn't help but be in people's faces, and despite her best attempt not to, she was kind of too close for comfort to N.
