New skin~

I have a feeling PRE'S era is already long gone, but I can't help but come back to look at it fondly, and I'm rather sure that there are members coming back for either memories, profiles or just both. I had a skin in making though it never made it, but it is completed enough that it can be made as my final gift to PRE.

I hope this, at least, is a fitting gift for a site that was great once upon a time. Thank you guys, for everything, and I hope this skin is easier for your eyes.

Edit :: Interestingly enough, we are having an impromptu coversation chat in here and any old members or even new ones are invited to join in, if only for a nice chat.

Possibly the city most destroyed by the war, not even the Johto Truce has given Olivine City peace. As the border between the worlds of West and East Johto, skirmishes break out between extremists of both sides not content with peace. It still bears scars from many old battles, but has resumed functioning as a port.
