New skin~

I have a feeling PRE'S era is already long gone, but I can't help but come back to look at it fondly, and I'm rather sure that there are members coming back for either memories, profiles or just both. I had a skin in making though it never made it, but it is completed enough that it can be made as my final gift to PRE.

I hope this, at least, is a fitting gift for a site that was great once upon a time. Thank you guys, for everything, and I hope this skin is easier for your eyes.

Edit :: Interestingly enough, we are having an impromptu coversation chat in here and any old members or even new ones are invited to join in, if only for a nice chat.

Despite being the hometown of Kanto Trio's successors, Newbark Town has remained fairly untouched. The lack of public attention has allowed the town's laboratory work to flourish. It continues to pioneer in scientific and technologic fields as Lux funnels more funds into the lab. They expect good results, so the town has also become home to a large number of scientists.
