BIO Meet "Lucian," the elite four member —or is it once member? Even he isn't quite sure anymore with war running about. There's plenty of other things that needs to be watched than challengers. He knows just where his allegiance lies and that is all that matters.

RELATIONSHIPS While it might not seem like it, he isn't particularly against interactions with others. Friends, enemies, loves, all of them would be interesting. However, he enjoys a nice challenge every now and then. Just expect to meet him with a book in hand and a gun in the other.

hey there. I don't think we've met; I'm ari. in any case, these are my twins -- they're psychic ex-gym leaders, and unfortunately they've gone quite nox. for the first year or two of the war they were pretty neutral, being on an island and whatnot, but after the battle of lilycove and the subsequent attack by lux on mossdeep (and various personal struggles) they've gotten ... a bit more aggressive, you could say?

in any case, liza has the biggest celebrity crush on lucian ever, even before the war started; I'm not sure how he'd have taken to that, if they ever met, but she would have been a mute googly-eyed girl in front of him or whatnot. now that he's firmly lux, however, that could possibly throw a wrench in things (though she'll still be quite, er, taken with him). tate, on the other hand, used to think that lucian's pretty chill, but if word got out that lucian's lux then I'm sure he'll be quite a bit less friendly if they happen to meet.

those are my lousy ideas; what do you think of it/them/anything?

Other than that very brief stint in the cbox, I don't believe we have. Emrys. Thank you for posting in my plot, Wrath. :)

It's unfortunate that they have gone through these things, but war is war, yes? Regardless, I would like to think that Lucian was never bothered by them or hadn't been previously. He would have found their affection endearing. (And it is endearing. The celebrity crush and adoration would have been funny to play out.) Would it be fair to say he might have acted like an elderly brother figure to them prior to the war? It doesn't meant that he wouldn't act like it now, but as you've stated, relations between them are strained. Lucian may be weary to meet them. He needs to keep his "reputation" clean. Meeting the pair of gym leaders that publicly support Nox would be against his best interests. However, I am not opposed to a reunion thread. I think it would be a nice contrast of two paths that were taken, yes?

For the attack on Mossdeep, was there a reason why?

Hey there! I'm Max, and I'm here to throw a fellow member...Or ex-member of the Sinnoh Elite Four at you ^^ I, personally, think these two probably would have got along at least decently when they were working together, and I don't think Aaron would be particularly opposed to continued working friendship sort of thing? Aaron's all for Lux, even if he's yet to really see the worst of the war up close and personally. I mean, that's just my thoughts on these two, I'd love to hear what you had to think as well.

(Also, is your name a reference to the tv show Merlin? It's just Emrys is used on it and it's the only place I've ever seen or heard the name up until now.)

Hello to you too Max! My apologies for taking so long. Finals and all.

Now, as for these two, I'd imagine that they would be decent friends. Aaron's cheerfulness may grate on his nerves every now and then —he has difficulties understanding just how someone could keep innocent in this sort of environment. Lucian would have been there for Aaron when news of Cynthia's passing were around. He isn't a horrid friend to not be effected by her death as well. Although a pest at times, Lucian seems like the type of person to keep him around —or the other way around, at least prior to the war.

(And that isn't where my name came from. Good guess though!)

Sounds like a plan to me. I mean, I'm throwing him at the Veilstone Battle this month, so it's pretty likely his view on the war may change depending on how it goes. He's not going to walk out from it completely unscathed, that I'm fairly certain of. Cynthia's death hit Aaron hard because it's just like '...She's meant to be the champion why is she dead what's going on I don't-" but now he's a bit better with it.

I was debating on joining that event when I saw you signed up. However, I'm still getting down Lucian's personality in rp. It's somewhat intimidating to be judged so quickly under these circumstances, so you'll have to forgive me if you wanted Lucian to join. Haha. Perhaps we could have a thread prior to the war event? Aaron could be informing Lucian that he is heading to Veilstone. Lucian would be against it, believing he wasn't ready to expose himself to that sort of environment yet.
