So excited to finally have a pirate character join!

Hunter
Hunter is a Lux Sentinel who takes his job very seriously. He loves tracking down and killing/capturing any of Lux's enemies and killing them. I could see Hunter having a history with Captain Jagger, being assigned to track him down, with the Captain being able to give him the slip every time.

Hugo
Hugo is a Lux General and a member of the council. He's a bit of an old man though, and doesn't do much in the way of actual fighting anymore. He does occasionally head to the front line to help direct battles, but you probably won't run into him unless you venture into Lux held territory

Wallace
If you happen to head over to Hoenn, there's a good chance that you might meet up with Wallace. He's not a big fan of pirates, but if they have noble intentions, he'd be more accepting of them

Archer
Archer is Team Rocket's head honcho. I could see him and Captain Jagger being forced to work together on something, though I can't imagine that they'd be particularly fond of one another.

I like all of the above to be honest. The Hunter, Wallace and Archer all work well. I actually plan to have him go all over so if you want to plot/thread let me know.
