To protect its residents, the government of the town imposed a curfew and built protective walls around the city long ago; no one was to walk the streets at night, and the walls served as a protective barrier. Now, in the present, none of the residents believe in the myth anymore.Still, the people keep to themselves at night, and the walls have never been taken down. Intrigued by this, I -- the one and only C. Kerr -- decided to investigate the town. Imagine my surprise when I was turned away at the gate. Not to be stopped, I infiltrated the town and was able to interview a citizen, who refuses to be named. "Yeah, so it's like this: y'know that terrifying beast all those old people go on and on about? Well, it's real. Nobody wants to believe it, but trust me! I saw it! The thing was giant, and that's probably why that shopkeeper girl and her Pokémon are missing. They were eaten, I tell you! Eaten!" Upon further investigation, more information revealed itself to me. In Lacumosa Town, there have been three people and seven Pokémon disappearances in the past month, accompanied by a disproportionate amount of snow and wind. The cause of this is the recent awakening of the Pokémon that was said to exist only in the legends of Unova -- the Boundary Pokémon, Kyurem. Both Nox and Lux have leapt into action in order to capture and control this legendary Pokémon. Preparations are now underway, despite the inhospitable climate and Pokémon surrounding Kyurem's resting place. It seems the Pokémon is currently resting, waiting until its hunger calls itself out once more. Nobody quite knows what will happen, but you can be sure of this, my readers: C. Kerr will be there to report on this legendary Pokémon hunt every step of the way. All you legendary seekers out there, want to see Kyurem for yourself? Go and visit the Giant Chasm. This is C. Kerr, with the most recent news in legendary Pokémon sightings![/style] |
