It was also her hometown, she spent most of her time here whenever she wasn't doing something stupid for Lux. She had arrived back in her city only a few short hours ago. She took the time to visit her brothers and check on them, her parents were home. Once she was assured they were fine and not dying of starvation, she headed back out and took a stroll through the city. She sun shone brightly down on her as she walked through the city. She stopped by a few of the stalls that were located in the bazaar to check out their merchandise. Per usual, there was nothing of interest too Freya. She was never one of those girls who enjoyed shopping. She preferred to go out and have adventures instead of going out and buy useless things. She continued to walk around and found herself by the lighthouse. She chose to go inside and up to see the view from the top. It was gorgeous like it always was to Freya. She loved how high she was and she loved how she could see the sea from the lighthouse. As a child it was one of the places she visited often. Soon though, she got bored and made her way back down to ground level and headed out of the lighthouse. She headed down to the beach where trainers often headed too to challenge the Elite Four. She glanced toward the gym as she strolled down the stairwell to the beach. She never understood the point of the gym. She never really understood the point of people traveling across the region just to challenge people who were said to be some of the strongest trainers out there. They always got beaten, so that was stupid to Freya. Though, what other people did was none of her concern really, it just perked her curiosity in why people did that. Soon, she reached the beach. She quickly removed her shoes, she didn't care for how un-ladylike it may have seemed. She didn't want sand in her shoes, now that was un-comfortable for her. Once her shoes were removed, she left them along the edge of the beach, and headed toward the water. A small wave washed onto the beach and the water splashed over Freya's feet. The water was colder then it normally was, she didn't mind though. She walked down the beach, letting the water wash over her feet every so often. She collected a few shells here and there, mostly for her youngest brother. He seemed to like shells, at least the ones she brought him. Soon, she got bored and headed back to her shoes. Or at least the spot where she left them. They were gone, her eyes narrowed on the spot where she had left her shoes. It was as if she thought that by doing that they would come back. She glanced around, and caught sight of a person. She walked up to them, "Pardon me, but did you happen to see someone take a pair of shoes from over there?" She pointed with her index finger to the spot where her shoes were supposed have laid. |
