She is hardly antisocial but prefers not to get to involved with others. friendships generally Leaf has few if any close friends. She is closest to Red and Blue and yet she ran away from them (and Pallet) and hasn't seen them in nearly 2 years. Minor friends are not super hard to be but actual close friends are difficult because of how secretive and guarded she is. adversaries well. Leaf doesn't really like or enjoy conflicts. She tends to avoid them at all costs though Team Rocket and those like them she dislikes severely. romance Honestly while friendship with her is very possible romance is another story. She has commitment problems and a small trist is more likely than a whirlwind romance. She has a tendency to dump guys a lot. others She does have a few cousins. First off hello there, I'm Kane and welcome to PRE c:

Anyway, I have two people that I could possibly throw at you to thread with. I have Kirsi here who is a blind Medium from Pallet Town. I don't like throwing an OC at someone with a canon saying "OMG THEY TOTALLY MET IN CHILDHOOD BECAUSE THEY'RE THE SAME AGE AND FROM THE SAME PLACE" but if you want to plot a bit to work out that these two knew each other as kids before (and/or after Kirsi went blind) I'm cool with that, or if Leaf visits home once in a while Kirsi is most likely going to be there considering she rarely leaves save for a few ventures to resting sites of pokemon. Just lemme know what you think~

I imagine these two know each other given the fact that if you're sticking strict game-canon Erika and Leaf battled in the past. Erika, before she was a Gym Leader, was trained in Ecruteak as a Kimono Girl in music, dancing, and fine arts like painting (to the side of dancing and music), so they might be associated more than just simply battling each other that way?

Anywhoville I think they probably weren't really friends growing up but they probably had at least met once seeing as it is a small town. Leaf ran away as well and pretty much vanished from town without a word. If they do meet I'd think Leaf would be curious about being blind and stuff like that since despite the fact she doesn't like to talk about it and tries to hide it her own eyesight is rapidly getting worse.

They for sure know each other because game cannon is infallible! I think Leaf probably may have talked to or hung with her during her days as a Kimono Girl which while short lived are something she still enjoyed. She just didn't like the structure that was required and bailed.

meeting once or twice in the tiny town of Pallet before Leaf ran sounds god to me ^^ if they met again Kirsi would probably only have a vague memory of her voice (unless it changed too drastically) or not remember her at all so it would be like meeting for the first time XD anyway, she'd be free to ask Kirsi questions c: we should totally thread and have them meet up ~ Leafy can have ~all~ her questions answered

That's fine by me~ Maybe knew each other when they were younger as Kimono Girls, then battled when Erika was finally the Gym Leader for the Rainbowbadge? I'm sure Erika would have wanted to try to keep in contact with someone like Leaf, even if her calls or letters were never answered. She'd just keep trying XD

Either way they should meet up again and totally have tea or something <3

Looks like Erika will have been tirelessly calling/writing, then, even without answer XD If Leaf didn't call back/answer letters how would they have gotten in contact for tea though? o; Maybe getting frazzled from the ceaseless attempts at contact? XD
