As we are in the heart of Lux territory, it is even more imperative that we work together to maintain the safety of our city. Therefore, I request that particular laws are abided to within the city walls: - Rebuild, rebuild, rebuild. I cannot stress this enough. Infrastructure can wait, though it should not be entirely ignored. I have set up various relief organizations and if you require aid, please contact the Olivine gym. - Any assistance at the docks is highly appreciated. I would like to keep close correspondance with Cianwood City, along with cross-region travel, particularly with Pacifidlog Harbor, under temporary administration of Courtney Black. - Absolutely any signs of Lux should be weeded out and disposed of. Please alert a Nox officer as soon as possible should signs of Lux arise. Due to Ecruteak in the north, it is imperative that we remain alert for the enemy. Let no defenses be broken in our city.
