" Right, right...Is this thing on? Okay yeah it is.

Right, well. I’m sure some of you will recognize me. I’m Samuel Creek, and I’m here to work as City Admin for this city. I was born and raised in this city, and no matter how far my work for the Museum take me, this will always be my home.

Now, I’m not here to change everything. I’m here to work for you, to keep this town the way it should be. A town where everyone is free to come and view the art. A place where people can explore the history of the world through the eyes of the museum. I am not here to promote either Lux or Nox in the war. I am here to keep this town safe and sound, a value I hope to be passed to every person in this town, and even further.

As I said earlier, some of you may recognize me. I work in the museum doing fossil research, and leading expeditions out into the desert. Occasionally I go further, to regions such as Hoenn and Sinnoh. You may also recognize me just from around town, helping out where I can. This is something I want to keep doing, even more so after being granted this position. If there are any issues around the town that need addressing, please. Bring it my office. I am here for you.

RULES

• 01 – Any crime committed within the city should be reported straight away. There is a local police station located in the centre of town, besides the poke centre. This station can also be contacted by dialling the emergency contact number 05 – 04 – 999.
  
  
• 02 – This city does not identify as Lux or Nox. Please, do not rally forces for other side in the cities walls. This will be viewed as an act of terrorism within the walls of the city, and will addressed by the local police force. I am not here to bring the war to Unova, nor should you be.
  
  
• 03 – The Museum will, as ever, be open to the public within its usual hours. Any interest in working there should be brought to Lenora. When we have a Lenora.
  
  
• 04 – Every resident of Nacrene City will be entitled to their human rights. Recent work has gone under way to ensure there are plenty of living spaces available, as well as several new businesses opened up to ensure work is available.
  
  
• 05 – Pokemon battles are requested to take place outside of the city, preferably in the fields either to the east or west. Each resident may have two Pokemon out with them at most, as long as they control them effectively. Any damages caused to the city will be viewed as a criminal offence. Please be reasonable, wandering around with an Onix following you is going to cause damage, so please keep Pokemon of that size within their pokeballs.
  
  
• 06 – All crimes committed will be treated to a court case, also found next to the Pokemon centre. If the accused is found guilty, the most often cause of action is a fine, unless the crime committed is viewed as a severe cause.
  
  
• 07 – Samuel is here for you. Any issues, requests or suggestions can be brought to him and his office, located within the museum of Nacrene. Don’t be shy, he is here to listen to his people and care for the city.

LOCATIONS
NACRENE ALLOTMENTS
Set up in a clearing to the north of town, an allotments is there to grow fresh vegetables, managed by several farm hands. This place has a distinctively rural feel, but the design of the allotments itself has a very artistic feel. Flowers are dotted around the outside, with vibrant blooming colours year round, whilst the growing vegetables offer an intriguing site for those interested in the wilder side of life. Berry bushes are located near the entrance, and a “Pick your own“ event is held when the berries have all bloomed and grown.
NACRENE MARKET
The market receives fresh produce from the northern allotments, as well as from further afield. Occasionally the odd ship docks in Castelia, and brings a new sort of interest to the town. Trinkets frequent these stalls, and anybody interested in setting one up is urged to contact the market administrator. Jewlery stores, food stalls, even the odd clothing stall are commonly seen. The market is open on Wednesdays and Sundays, every other day of the week goods can be bought in the supermarket and the pokemart.
NACRENE MUSEUM
The Museum is open to the public week round, but certain sections are closed off. This is where all the old exhibits are stored, and anybody found in these areas is asked to leave. On display are a variety of relics from years gone by, as well as the fossils of Pokemon. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, a presentation can be held staring living fossils, Pokemon resurrected by science into this day and age, or the occasional fossil Pokemon birthed. These are especially encouraged for children hoping to go into a career in the museum.

In the very back of the museum is the Nacrene Gym, led by Lenora. She is the wife of the Museum’s Curator, and can be contacted here for challenges and the like. This is also where those who wish to do book work can come and visit, because it holds one of the largest, if not the largest, in the Unova region.

Also found in the museum, in the west wing, is the office of Samuel Creek, the City Administrator of Nacrene. Any complaints and comments can be given to his secretary here, and if urgent meetings with him are required, it is likely to occur. The door to his office is always open, rain or shine, and should the museum itself be closed can be accessed through a door to the side.
CAFÉ WAREHOUSE
Set up on the edge of town, the café warehouse serves good, fresh food, and offers a wide array of meals. They even get the occasional shipment of Castelia Cones in, but that’s a very rare occurrence. There’s always a warm welcome for the customers, and is the perfect place for a nice casual meeting.
POLICE STATION
The police station, set up to enforce the laws of the town. There are small cells set up in the back, and the station itself is located next to the Pokemon Centre. If you are charged with an offence, you will be held here until your court date.
COURT
A court house, where criminals charged with severe crimes are put onto trial. If found guilty, the most common punishment is a fine. Heinous crimes, however, will get an entirely different level of punishment. You have been warned.
OTHER PLACES OF NOTE
Dotted around the town are many warehouses, often with graffiti art painted on the sides. These can be homes, or the occasional stuido or even home run businesses. On the Eastern edge of town, a double block of flats has been set up for the growing number of people, fleeing from the war in the other regions and instead coming to visit Unova.
