It was probably not the best idea to entrust this mission to her. In fact it was probably a horrible idea, but...well. It wasn't as if the Republic had millions of people working for it, and besides, she had insisted on taking on this mission. She even would have waited to get a partner for the mission, that would have made it a lot easier for the poor people of Saffron to take her seriously, but she had waited for a little while and no one had popped up. So what other choice did she have other than to proceed with the mission anyway? The people of Saffron could not wait any longer, and that was what fueled her as she proceeded through the town, stopping here and there upon seeing people that had yet to receive any food from her. She didn't let them take advantage of the situation either by, say, trying to steal the food.
The Leafeon walking beside her, watching each and every person, was enough of a deterrant. Plus she had to stop people from, say, trying to get seconds, and the Leafeon was an excellent aid at helping her see if someone had come by before. While she focused on handing food out, her pokemon focused on remembering the people. It was working excellently so far, and in fact she had just finished handing out some more food. "Good luck!" she said to the small group, giving them a polite little bow and a smile before turning and prowling through the city once more. The bag of food she was carrying had, at first, been quite heavy and difficult for her to manage, but it was getting much lighter now, and she appreciated that.
Though she would have to go back to the Republic's truck. It had a ton of food supplies, though not ALL of it was going to be distributed here. It was just in case. "Sure is tough work, huh?" she glanced down to the Leafeon but, of course, she was still on guard. Smiling a little, the girl looked up and her smile grew. There were more people over there, huddled next to yet another big building of Saffron's. Humming, the white-haired girl made her way over there, her Leafeon sticking right beside her.
