LUX: ARTHUR CROMWELL we crave a different kind of buzz  |
FULL NAME Arthur Columbus Cromwell tends to go by Artie. He finds his full name, given to him by his lavish parents, pompous and over the top. He enjoys living more simply than his parents – even if he likes being able to get whatever he wants when he wants it. BACKGROUND The Cromwell family is an old family from the Kanto region. They originated in Cerulean City, but moved around a lot due to job placements. However, the lineage always found its way back to the original city. Artie’s family made a permanent residence in the industrial town when their baby was born. Artie is the oldest child of two, and his mother and father are the only older relatives still alive. His sister, Amelia, and Artie get along wonderfully. Artie will be 22 on December 14th. OCCUPATION Artie is a Teacher at heart. He always has been and always will be. From a young age, he always wanted to tell people how to do things. Not in an I’m-right-you’re-wrong sort of way, but in a let-me-help-you-understand way. He loves helping people learn things, and he loves learning himself. At the moment, he’s a preschool teacher, and he loves it. He wouldn’t want to change his occupation. The war has put a damper on his mood, however, and he tries not to let his kids see it. ALLEGIANCE The war is a complicated and unnecessary mess in Artie’s eyes. He tried his hardest to stay out of it, but eventually – and inevitably – Lux drafted the preschool teacher into the ranks. He still teaches when they don’t have him deployed, but at times he has to take leave and fight. TRAITS |
