He's stoic and quiet most of the time, but if you do happen to get him mad, he gets extremely adamant about it. He's a completely different person once he's called out into battle, feeling that it is the best stress reliever he can have and never holds back. Brutal and brusque, this guy tells it how it is. He doesn't believe in sugar coating the truth because that only makes it more difficult when reality inevitably comes crashing down. He's hard on his teammates, but only because he feels like there is always room for improvement. Even in himself.

He has hardly any ambition to his name, and would rather just sit around and do nothing. He would have been better born as a Slakoth than an Aron, Steven always says so, but Steven and Granite have an agreement. He won’t be asked of anything outside of battle. He’s lazy in battle, though, barely putting forth effort; however, luckily, Granite is strong enough to just slide by. He’s not very smart, either, and could be described as cavemanish. All in all, he’ll do what is absolutely necessary but nothing over and beyond that.

She always seems to be shining with happiness and that oddly menacing smile she keeps plastered on her face. She’s one that definitely sees the glass half full instead of half empty, and will always try to look for the positive in the situation. She thinks of battling as play time, not something that could potentially be a life-and-death situation. She loves to play and goof off with her teammates, and Silver wants her life to be fun. She dislikes stress, and tries her hardest not to put herself in situations that induce it.

She doesn’t believe she’s strong, and she tends to take a follower position within the team hierarchy. She’s easily startled and hates the dark. Especially when Copper is there too. She is distinctly terrified of Copper and hates to be around her. She doesn’t take compliments well and ends up a giggly mess whenever Steven gives her one. Having been traded to Steven as a Forretress, she’s the newest member to the group, and as such, tries very hard to fit in.

She always wants to be around him and will throw tantrums when she's being told to go back inside her Pokeball. She's very girly and loves to twirl about instead of walking. Steven has wondered if Copper thinks she is a Kirlia instead of a Mawile at times, but doesn't think too much of it. She's sassy and has a lot of spunk deep down. Behind that giggling exterior is a cruel, destructive personality, who likes to see people suffer. She's a terror on the battlefield and doesn't seem to know when to stop, so Steven hardly uses her unless he needs to.

He’s bold, brusque and conceited. He isn’t scared of anything, seemingly, and always wants to fight. If he isn’t fighting, he isn’t pleased. He’s always working on getting stronger and loves to train, train, train. He’s a bit hyperactive, but you would never tell because he puts all of his energy, even the extra, into battling and training. Even on his own, he’s driven to becoming stronger.
