Bells are ringin', children singin', All is merry and bright. So hang your stockings and say your prayers, 'Cause Santa Claus comes tonight. Here comes Santa Claus, Here comes Santa Claus, Right down Santa Claus Lane, He's got a bag that's filled with toys For boys and girls again. Hear those sleigh bells jingle jangle, Oh what a beautiful sight, So jump in bed, and cover your head, 'Cause Santa Claus comes tonight. Snow fell lightly from the sky and distant memories floated through Dante’s mind. He was out here in this pleasant winter festival. It all seemed like a dream. Something this beautiful couldn’t be real, could it? Beauty was something to be treasured in this time and age, so Dante ignored the thought and went back to looking for his Secret Santa. He’d received a letter to get a present when he’d been invited to the little festival. Dante had shrugged and figured what was a small Secret Santa present after all? He lived in Castelia City after all. He had found something good for a secret Santa. Well… Dante’s standards of good of course. He’d had a field day when he’d found out he was giving his present to a new… acquaintance of his. Lune, a little innocent Lune. Well, not innocent to others probably, but to Dante he was at least. There were little specks of snow in his hair, Dante noted as he looked down at his attire. He was dressed in a tight fitted turtleneck black sweater and black jeans. He was keeping the chill off and had two thermoses in his black messenger bag that was sitting on the bench that he had been decided to wait by. He was still within the limits of the big ass tree. Where the hell had they found the bloody thing anyhow? He’d never seen as big of a tree as that bloody thing. Wherever they found it he supposed it couldn’t be called an eyesore. They’d sure decorated it nicely enough. If Al was here he’d be freaking out over it and going bonkers at how pretty and how big it was. Dante looked around and went to sit on the bench as he pulled out the little white box with pink ribbon on it that contained Lune’s present. |
