Of course there's a time, and place for everything, and Hunter has little trouble engaging in conversations with different kinds of people when necessary, provided they aren't enemies of Lux of course. Hunter has a fierce loyalty to the Lux Organization and would be more than willing to give his life for it. As such he usually gets along extremely well with his superiors (namely, the Council Members, and Officers), and any other colleagues within Lux. As for Nox, Hunter holds anyone affiliated with that organization in utter contempt. Upon discovering that someone is affiliated with Nox, Hunter will either attempt to apprehend them, or if circumstances won’t allow him to do so, he will merely scoff at, and demean them. In short, if you're a Nox member, never let Hunter know about it (if you meet him). He sees Nox as the ultimate embodiment of chaos and disorder, and is driven to eliminate them and establish a lasting peace over the entire world. He also has a general distaste for people who are greedy, and arrogant. hi. hunter was at mt moon when stuff happened (that mission), and bebe's been called in to put together a newer and better security system. so she'd like to talk to hunter and ask him about the little nox runt and what she did. (wow this sounded cooler in my head).

After what happened at Mt. Moon, Hunter probably wouldn't be allowed (by Lux) to talk about the incident with anyone unless they had been authorized by the government (meaning that she'd need to show him official Lux government documentation saying that she has permission to ask about it). This shouldn't be a problem though, since, if she's being authorized by the government to upgrade the Mt. Moon security system anyway, then said government would know that she needs information about what went wrong to do her job.

Where would you want the thread? My first choice would be Sevii (I don't know why).

like you said, if they want her to rebuild a better system she's gonna need to know what happened to the first one in the first place. bebe can easily get the authorisation she needs. bebe isn't keen on sevii islands, but she doesn't get a choice since she's the one doing the asking lol.
