this is mainly a thread for nox researchers and the like (because we can't have 100% of our fighting force be gung-ho guerillas, as great as they are) -- i know there's a research lab for nox in sinnoh (veilstone?) as well as the space center in mossdeep, so i figured 'wynaut?'

i don't know who else has nox scientists, but liza is one of them so let's get together and do ~*~science~*~

not so much a scientist but a hacker and technological genius. she can strip a car down to its frame pretty quickly as well.
so maybe not ~*science*~ but definitely fits in this category more so than the gung-ho veteran trainer type.

Aaaaaand, if you prefer a bit more order, better funding, equiptment, etc. there's the Lux/Republic science alliance. Of course, you won't get to work on any weapons that way but -shrugs- but it's better than risking losing your work to some war related catastrophe half way through, no?
