LUXBlue Oak, is an abrasive guy who travels frequently. Not much point in sitting around a gym when there's a war on, and so on and so forth. He may not get along with people as a rule, but he still values them and tries to push Lux in a way that would benefit them as he can. All the same, it would not be wise to put him in a speaking position. Funny, maybe, but not wise. I'd love to play with both canons and OCs with this guy, but just be aware that he has a smart mouth that doesn't discriminate.
Malthus Whitewood, the City Admin of Goldenrod. Currently busy rebuilding and "keeping the peace" while the Holy Trio Cult coincidentally rises in power, Malthus has his hands full. In the wake of the destruction of Goldenrod, the man has even less reason to trust outsiders. For information on Goldenrod, still under construction. Lethe, once part of Cipher's ranks sent to provide backbone to Hoenn LUX in exchange for promised aid to Orre, has now slipped into the ranks of common soldier (or rather, sailor). Rather listless these days, and indifferent to differing points of views, but there's no harm in trying, yeah?
Ciro Blackwell, a strangely cheerful sort, is more of a civilian than any strongly aligned soldier. Always on the move for no reason in particular, Ciro can be just about anywhere and might stick around for a time, provided you aren't openly connected to the Lavernes (or at least, don't mention them).
NOXKyra Blythe is an optimistic girl, and surely a strange sight to be spotted working at the Shoal Caves. Surely, nothing to worry about with this one!!
232, a rocket grunt, is no longer known by the name Damian Grant. In fact, he'll probably give you the name of someone else, or your name to someone he runs into later. He can be found just about anywhere in Kanto or Johto, but don't get too comfortable unless you're okay with missing your phone, wallet, or pokemon. Force of habit, and whatnot.
Cobalt, or Tane Laverne, isn't terribly active for the NOX cause, though he has been known to provide the enemy company's shipping manifests to soldiers he likes who could use the supplies from time to time. For the most part, Tane is searching for untapped resources and people that might help keep him alive. Against what? He may or may not say. And he may or may not be lying.
Kitt Delaney, passive NOX sympathizer. Mostly interested in keeping herself and Molly safe throughout all this. Doesn't think she can make much of a difference in this war, but you're fucked if you mess with Molly. probably inactive atm
THE REPUBLICNerva Laverne holds countless surprising alliances that have turned out well for him. Somehow, Nerva has people in various positions of power willing to pull favors at the man's whim. It's just too bad about his wife. Still missing, you know. And he still wears the ring. Such a shame. Anyway, do you need to make a deal?
